Ordering and Return Information

 Murano Millefiori does not share, sell, or trade email or  any customer information to anyone for any reason. Our order form is housed on a separate, secure server and we employ the latest security technology and firewalls.  

 Ordering

 We utilize an easy shopping cart system.  Most items can be ordered in 1 oz, 2 oz, 4 oz, 8 oz or 1 pound increments.  A 'drop-down' is provided to select the size you want.  If you order something by mistake or change your mind click the "view your cart" button and check the item you wish to remove.  From there you can continue shopping or check out. If we are out of an item please do not order it; we can let you know when it comes in or you can select an alternate. We do not backorder.

How soon will my order be shipped?
 ~ In most cases orders will be shipped within 24 hrs. of receipt, excluding weekends. The quickest way to get your order processed is to order on-line.  On-line orders are filled first.  If there is an error in your address, credit card number or exp. date there will be a delay; please double check before sending your order.

Shipping
  Unless otherwise specified we will ship Priority (Airmail) with the U.S. Post Office and in most cases will be delivered in 4-8 days (only Sunday is excluded).  PO Boxes are fine.  We now ship Tints-All Overseas.

Domestic Shipping Rates as of January 27, 2013 are as follows:

Priority Small Flat Rate box..........$5.80

Priority Medium Flat Rate box......$12.35

Express Flat Rate envelope...........$19.95

Insurance is an additional charge.

International Shipping Rates are as follows:

 We are happy to ship anywhere in the world.  Please note that shipments to South Africa are most reliable when International Express or International Priority Medium Flat Rate boxes are used.

 Place your order on-line (use an 'x' for any line that does not apply to your address).   Keep in mind that some countries may charge you a separate 'duty' charge after you receive your goods.  The rate depends on the country.  We are not responsible for customs duties or broker fees charged by your country or postal service.  

 As of January 27, 2013, the U.S. postal service changed all domestic and international shipping rates.  Orders under 4 lbs will automatically  be sent  via International Priority (airmail) Small Flat Rate box for US $23.95.  International Priority Medium Flat Rate box will be used for 5-20 lbs U.S.  $59.95.  International Priority can take from 10 to 28 days, depending on where you reside.  International Express can be requested for orders under 4 lbs and will take from 3 to 7 days for delivery.  Express shipping is U.S. $44.95.  Priority Flat Rate is not available to Turkey or Russia and cost will depend on weight - we will email you the charges before shipping.  Some countries will have to have Express Priority shipping.  We will email you the charges before shipping.

ALL prices are in U.S. Dollars.  To find the exchange rate for your country click here (the rates may change daily).  Your credit card company will will process the exchange rate.
